What will the final repair cost be?
We won't know until we receive your device and perform diagnostics to determine the issue. After that, we will either repair your device, or send a quote for approval depending on your selected preference.
What is the diagnostic fee?
The base diagnostic fee covers 30 minutes of our time for diagnosing the issue with the device. If an device requires longer diagnostics, you will be contacted about an extended diagnostics fee.
What is a mail-in repair?
After submit your repair, we will provide you with our mailing address to ship your device to. After we've worked on your device, we will ship it back to your address with one of our couriers.
How long will my repair take?
While we aim to repair all devices within 4-6 weeks, this may take longer depending on the size of our repair queue and availability of replacement parts.
I'm local, can I drop-off my device?
We do not have a public storefront, however we work with a commercial office company in north Red Deer that handles our shipping and receiving. During booking you can arrange a drop-off and collection at their offices.
How do I know the status of my repair?
We will always regularly email you with updates on your repair, but you can also log-in to our online portal and see detailed updates on your repair, including delays, progress, and parts we're waiting for.
